Shipping policy

All products are ready-made, so we process and drop off orders at the post office within 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM Mountain Time ship the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on availability and delivery speed. Flat shipping rates are applied at checkout based on your selected service.

• Standard Shipping — $8.00 (2–5 business days)
• Express Shipping — $15.00 (1–3 business days)

Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with your order number, tracking info, and photos of any damage.
